Utah keeps key identifiers confidential. Full birth dates, driver or state ID numbers, Social Security numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, and signatures are withheld. At-Risk voter information receives added protection under § 20A-2-104.

Utah's 2026 privacy change matters to Farmington voter records. The official voter privacy information says the At-Risk classification now withholds a qualifying voter's personally identifying registration data from everyone except government entities acting in an official role. It cannot include full birth dates, government ID numbers, Social Security numbers, signatures, email or phone fields, or protected At-Risk voter data.

Farmington Voter Data in 2026
A temporary restriction under Utah Code § 20A-2-607 blocked release of current registration data until May 25, 2026. That freeze has expired. A requester who obtained data during the spring restriction received a March 8 snapshot, so an acquired file from that period may be stale even though current releases have resumed.
Utah also announced an Election Data Hub with filters for age range, status, geography, party, county, legislative districts, and precinct. As of the August 1, 2026 research check, the Election Data Hub still read "Coming Soon." It should not be treated as an operating Farmington voter lookup.

Utah retains voter registration records permanently in Archives Series 28818. The research did not confirm a public year span for historic Davis County poll books, so no such range should be assumed. Ask Davis County Elections about local precinct and result holdings, then use the Utah State Archives series information for material that has transferred from the current office.
A recent county workload snapshot adds useful scale. As of September 23, 2024, the Davis County Clerk reported 56,916 voter-registration updates. That is an office-wide count, not Farmington's voter total, but it shows why a dated record and a current profile may differ. County Elections handles present registration and local file questions, while the Archives preserves transferred series. For older research, give staff a name, narrow dates, and a known Farmington precinct or election.
