- Birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates: check Farmington vital records for the county, state, and court split.
- Voter registration: use the Farmington voter registration records routes.
- Municipal records: Farmington City Recorder, 160 South Main Street; 801-451-2383; Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to noon.
- Records not online: send a Utah GRAMA request to the government entity that maintains the requested file.
